About 

RXR came to us with a concept for a new luxury residential in New Rochelle, New York. Our task was to help them create this new identity from scratch.

As New Rochelle evolves, so does the skyline. Just a short distance from New York City and prime parts of Connecticut and Westchester County, New Rochelle increasingly stands on its own as a desirable place for individuals and businesses to put down roots and flourish. As 

Here in one of New York State’s oldest commuter towns, the possibilities for a superior quality of life become more and more compelling. 

We created an organic brand identity system with the intent to inspire and 'expand your horizons,’ as future residence will have expansive views of the Puget Sound and the New York City skyline within sight. Through this idea, the brand adapted to capture the unique nature of the place it was located in, with nods to the deep history of this once flourishing home to famous artists and illustrators.
